Billing questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
Checkout asks for a card so your plan can start after 14 days. Cancel before then and you're never charged.
How do I cancel or change plans?
Open Settings, then License, then Manage subscription. You can switch monthly and yearly, move up to Pro, update your card or cancel. Canceling stops the next charge, and you keep access until the paid period ends.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime but past payments aren't refunded. Lifetime purchases can be refunded within 14 days. See the refund policy.
How does the Founders deal work?
Lifetime is $399. Until Nov 15, the first 30 contractors get $200 off with code FOUNDERS, which the button applies for you. When 30 are gone or Nov 15 passes, the code stops working.
What's the launch offer?
Until Nov 15, the first 100 contractors on Pro Monthly or Pro Plus Monthly get 20% off their first 3 months with code LAUNCH20. Those buttons apply it for you. After 3 months you pay the regular price.
Will my Pro price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. Your $29 price is yours. Send to CRM is part of Pro Plus, so you only upgrade if you want it.
Who handles the payment?
Lemon Squeezy, our reseller. They process the card and collect any sales tax, and their name may show on your statement.
