Terms of service
Last updated October 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of Trinato, a quoting app for contractors offered by Pro-Shine Softwash of Moneta, Virginia, doing business as Trinato ("we", "us"). By buying a plan or using the app you agree to them.
1. Your license
When you buy a plan, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use Trinato for one business, on up to the number of devices your plan includes. You're buying a license to use the app, not ownership of it.
2. Plans, trials and renewals
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Free trials last 14 days and turn into a paid plan on day 15 unless you cancel first. You can cancel, switch plans or update your card anytime from your account. Canceling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime plans are a single payment for continued use of the Standard features.
3. Prices and changes
We may change prices for new customers. We'll tell existing subscribers before any change to their price.
4. What you may not do
You may not share, resell, rent or give away the app, its link, its files or your license key; copy or recreate the app or its code; or try to get around license checks.
5. Your pricing, measurements and taxes
Prices, sales tax settings and estimates are yours to set and check. Starting prices are examples only. Satellite and photo measurements are estimates; check them before you commit to a price. Photo-real renders are illustrations, not a promise of the exact finished install. You're responsible for every estimate you send and for the tax rules where you work.
6. Your data
Your customers, estimates, prices, photos and business details are stored on your device. On Pro plans they are also stored in our cloud storage so your devices stay in sync. See the privacy policy. Keep your own backups; we aren't responsible for lost data.
7. Other services
Some features hand information to services you choose to use, like ChatGPT or Zapier. Their terms cover what happens there.
8. No warranty
Trinato is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be error-free or always available.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost profits, lost data, underpriced or overpriced jobs, or any indirect damages from using the app. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Ending the license
If you break these terms, your license ends and you must stop using the app. Refunds follow our refund policy.
11. Changes and law
We may update these terms. If the changes matter, the app will ask you to accept them again. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
