Privacy policy

Short version: on Standard, your customers, quotes and prices stay on your device. On Pro, they're also kept in private cloud storage so your devices stay in sync. We never sell them or use them for anything else.
What stays on your device
Customer names, addresses, phone numbers, photos, measurements, prices, quotes and business details are stored in your browser on your phone or computer. On Standard and Founders plans they don't go to our servers. Clearing your browser data or losing your device can erase them, so keep backups.
Pro cloud sync
On Pro plans, that same information and your photos are copied to private cloud storage run by Cloudflare, so every device on your plan stays the same. It's stored under a code made from your license key and is only reachable with that key. We don't look at it except to fix a problem you ask us to help with. Photos you remove from Trinato are deleted from cloud storage within about 30 days. On Pro Plus, quotes you send with Send to CRM pass through our server on their way to the Zapier or Make link you saved; we don't keep a copy. The account owner can delete all cloud data anytime in Settings → License → Delete all cloud data, and cloud data for a plan with no device syncing for 13 months is deleted automatically. You can also email us to have it deleted.
What we receive
- When you buy: Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, processes your payment and shares your name, email, plan and order details with us. We never see your full card number.
- License checks: the app sends your license key and a device name (like "iPhone (Safari)") to Lemon Squeezy to confirm your plan, about once a week.
- Website visits: we may use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help. It uses cookies and doesn't identify you by name.
- Email: if you write to us, we keep your message to help you.
Services the app talks to for you
- Address lookup: what you type in the address box goes to Geoapify and the U.S. Census Bureau address service to suggest matches.
- Maps: map and satellite images are loaded from map providers, which see the area you're viewing.
- ChatGPT: when you use Make it real, the pictures and instructions go to your own ChatGPT account under OpenAI's terms.
- Zapier (when available): only what you choose to send.
What we don't do
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use your customers' information for anything.
Your choices
Delete your data anytime by clearing it from your device. To ask about what we hold from your purchase, or to have it deleted, email support@trinato.com.
